Welcome to D&D Exclusive Cleaning Services. By booking a cleaning service, visiting our website, or engaging with our company in any way, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use our services.

1. General Agreement

By using any service provided by D&D Exclusive Cleaning Services, you acknowledge that:

  • You are at least 18 years old.
  • You have the legal authority to enter into a service agreement with us.
  • All information you provide is accurate and complete.

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

2. Service Availability

Our cleaning services are available in designated service areas within the United States. Service availability may vary depending on scheduling, staffing, and location.

We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason, including unsafe environments, harassment, or violation of policies.

3. Booking & Scheduling

3.1 Appointment Confirmation

All bookings must be confirmed through phone call, text, email, or our online booking system. Appointments are not guaranteed until confirmed by our team.

3.2 Arrival Time Window

Our cleaners may arrive within a 30–60 minute arrival window due to traffic, weather, or previous appointments.

3.3 Access to Property

The client is responsible for providing safe and secure access to the property. Failure to provide access may result in:

  • Full service charge
  • Rescheduling fees

3.4 Service Duration

Cleaning times vary based on property size, condition, and service type.

4. Pricing & Payments

4.1 Pricing Estimates

All quoted prices are estimates, based on the information provided at booking. Prices may be adjusted if:

  • The property is larger than described
  • Excess dirt, pet hair, clutter, or trash is present
  • Additional services are requested

We will inform you before proceeding with any price adjustments.

4.2 Payment Methods

We accept:

  • Credit/debit card
  • Bank transfer
  • Cash
  • Online payment systems

Full payment is due on the day of service unless otherwise agreed.

4.3 Non Payment

Failure to pay may result in:

  • Suspension of future services
  • Late fees
  • Debt collection procedures

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

5.1 Cancellation Policy

We require 24 hour notice for cancellations. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before service may result in:

  • A cancellation fee (up to 50% of the service cost)
  • Full service charge for same day cancellations

5.2 Rescheduling

Rescheduling within 24 hours of your appointment may be subject to a fee.

5.3 No Show Policy

If our team arrives and cannot access your property, the full service fee may apply.

6. Services Included & Excluded

6.1 Standard Services

We provide cleaning services as listed on our website or discussed at booking.

6.2 Services We Do Not Provide

For safety and insurance reasons, we do NOT:

  • Move heavy furniture or appliances
  • Clean areas above a safe reaching height
  • Remove mold, hazardous waste, or biohazards
  • Handle insect infestations
  • Clean bodily fluids or pet waste beyond light accidents
  • Wash exterior windows in multi story buildings

6.3 Property Condition

We are not responsible for damage to pre existing issues, including:

  • Scratched surfaces
  • Loose fixtures
  • Broken blinds
  • Warped floors
  • Cracked tiles

7. Customer Responsibilities

Clients must ensure:

  • All personal items, valuables, and confidential documents are secured
  • Pets are safely secured during the service
  • The property is reasonably clutter free
  • Utilities (water, electricity, AC/heat) are functioning

Failure to do so may affect the quality or completion of services.

8. Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction is important to us.

8.1 Re Cleaning Policy

If you’re not satisfied, contact us within 24 hours of your appointment. We will return to re clean areas at no additional cost, provided:

  • The request is reasonable
  • The issue is directly related to the cleaning provided
  • No new mess or conditions have occurred

Refunds are not given but will be reviewed case by case.

9. Damage & Liability

We exercise great care, but accidents may occur.

9.1 Client Responsibilities

Report any damage within 24 hours.

9.2 Limitations

We are not liable for:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Unsecured or unstable items
  • Pre existing floor damage
  • Loss of sentimental or irreplaceable items

9.3 Maximum Liability

Liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.

10. Health & Safety

We prioritize the safety of clients and staff. We reserve the right to cancel or stop service if conditions are unsafe.

11. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. Information is used only for scheduling, billing, communication, and service improvements. We never sell your data.

12. Website & Content Use

All website content is the property of D&D Exclusive Cleaning Services. You may not reproduce, copy, sell, modify, or distribute any material without permission.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be handled through local courts.
