Booking & Scheduling

How do I book a cleaning service?
You can book by phone, email, or our online booking system. A team member will confirm your appointment before it’s finalized.

No, you don’t have to be home. Many clients provide a key, lockbox code, or entry instructions. We follow strict security and professionalism standards.

We typically provide a 30–60 minute arrival window, depending on traffic, weather, and previous appointments.

Absolutely! We offer weekly, biweekly, and monthly service plans with consistent cleaners you can trust.

Pricing & Payments

How much does a cleaning service cost?
Pricing depends on the size of your property, type of service, and cleaning condition. Contact us for a customized quote.

We accept cash, credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and approved online payments.

Some bookings such as move in/out or large cleanings may require a deposit. All payments are due on the day of service unless otherwise agreed.

Before & During Cleaning

Do I need to provide cleaning supplies?

Airbnb & Rental Turnover

Do you handle Airbnb turnover cleanings?

Policies

What is your cancellation policy?

We require 24 hour notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may incur a fee.

We offer a 24 hour satisfaction guarantee. If we missed something, we’ll return to fix it at no extra charge.
